At Soma Proposals, every Timeless Floral arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As each design is made to order using preserved florals, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We only accept returns in the rare case that your item arrives damaged or faulty. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at @soma.proposalsperth@gmail.com including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.

Approved refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items will be processed using your original payment method.

Please note that variations in bloom size, shape, and colour tone are part of the natural beauty of preserved flowers. Lighting and screen differences may also cause slight colour variations between images and the final product.
