1. Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within the Perth metropolitan area only.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option for your destination — if the incorrect fee is chosen, the outstanding balance will be invoiced and must be paid before delivery is confirmed.

Deliveries are made on the date and time agreed upon at checkout or during communication with our team. We recommend someone be available to receive the arrangement upon arrival to maintain the quality of your preserved florals.

2. Pickup

We offer free local pickup from Wanneroo, WA.
Pickup times must be prearranged with our team to ensure your order is ready for collection. You will receive an email or message once your arrangement is complete and ready to be picked up.

3. Interstate Shipping

Interstate shipping is not yet available, but we’re working to offer this service in the coming weeks. We can’t wait to share our Timeless Florals Australia-wide soon — stay tuned for updates on our social media and website.

4. Order Accuracy
